10 minutes & 10 exercises, theres a few I already do such as the squats, lunges and pressups but I can’t say I’ve ever done hip bridges, superwoman or the raise and curl 🙄
Will be adding these into my routine from tomorrow, I always love adding new exercise moves into my routine 😏💃
So far I am defo seeing results within my body, I properly started this whole weightloss and fitness journey in March/April and I remember when I was younger, like in my 20s I could easily lose like 5 pounds a week, through hard core exercising and healthy eating, it’s defo true what they say about getting older and if being harder to lose weight, I’m 31 in a few months and I feel I’ve worked so much harder then I did 10 years ago and it’s like I am waiting a lifetime for results for patience is the key, one thing I noticed straight away was my attitude and confidence, I am constantly more happier and positive, I am less stressed and I am more confident with posting images of myself working out or after a run with no make up on because I have found something I love and no one or nothing else matters, no opinions or the fear of what people will think because I started doing what I love and cared about everything else around that less.
Every morning I wake up in excited to go on my morning runs, I’m excited to so some home workouts and when people ask “how do you get up at 5am and run” erm the same way you get up every morning and brush your teeth or make a coffee of smoke, it’s a routine that I have got into and it’s just now part of my life.
One thing is for sure this is the longest in years I have kept if going for with the exercising and healthy eating, so far I have dropped a dress size, lost once a off my waste and arms and as I said before I just always happy, if only mode doctors would suggest exercising when people are depressed rather then giving them a subscription of pills like they did with me in the hope of getting better when really I just needed to work my butt off.
