Punching fit

So I think I need to invest in some boxing gloves & a punch bag to get all my tension & frustration out & to work my arms obviously.

In the meantime I’ll just punch with my fists & use my weights to strengthen my arms, bingo wings hurry up & be gone!!!

Exercising with cramps

I think I can speak for nearly every woman when I say that the monthly cycle is the worse πŸ˜₯ (sorry guys) from cramps, spots, bloating, headaches, hot flushes & becoming a moody b**ch you name it πŸ‘Ή

I used to avoid exercising but I’ve realised that exercising is actually the best thing for youπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸŠβ€β™€οΈ because it lifts your mood (well sort of lol) & helps with those dreaded cramps.

Aside from running I’m taking up yoga πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ it’s relaxing, therapeutic & makes you have better balance, become more flexible & relieves cramps & back pain.

The one thing that I always need though or shall I say crave during this time is food! And no not healthy food I’m talking chocolate, crisps etc 🍫🍩πŸͺ but I won’t indulge all day I will have cheat treats using that first day as my cheat day as you know the first day is always the worseπŸ˜–πŸ˜”πŸ€’ but still working out to ease those side effects.

Shame I can’t do anything about this big ass pimple on my chin that I get every month in the exact same place. WHY??? 😠🀬 I will be in hibernation for the next few daysπŸ˜‚ – (morning workoutsπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈchilled afternoons πŸ‘πŸ›‹πŸ–₯ & early nights πŸ›πŸ˜΄)

Fat to fit

It’s amazing what a bit of exercise & healthy eating can do, especially when you stick if out longer then you have ever done before. It’s just a shame there is no such thing as spot reduction, trying to slim down my bingo wings are a pain in the ass πŸ˜‘ but it’s working slowly but surely.

Just like most people who have problem areas, it takes time, continue to wake up, slay, work your ass off & get the results you want.

Don’t aim for perfection because it doesn’t exist, aim for progression only.

Strawberry flavoured shake (comes in other flavours) which I sometimes add kiwi, bananas & strawberries to. Full of minerals, vitamins, proteins, plants & botanical extracts. I love milkshakes but hate that they are so fattening & have loads of sugar in so it’s nice to finally try something that actually has so much good in & taste delicious 😍

I started on this last week after my morning workouts & its been keeping me going, giving me more energy & also stopping me from snacking throughout the day plus helping me with my weightloss goalsπŸ’ƒ 😊😍

Team Beachbody

So excited to have this arrive today. I will be doing all the online fitness programmes which is basically Netflix for fitness and I abdoultely love it as well as all these products. I have already lost 4 pounds this week from doing the fitness programme and eating healthy. I will be sharing my results soon but so far I am so much happier, fitter, stronger and healthier and have not only found a new hobby but also a new lifestyle that I will never change again.

It’s weird how you stick something out for so long to the point that you get addicted and can’t see yourself waking up and doing anything else with your life except exercising, preparing food and sharing your new found love with the world.

Easy and Safe Way To Lose Weight

Right time to put the record straight. All these rubbish diet plans may work for a few weeks but you can’t stay on them forever, eventually you’ll have to come off them and you will put on weight. I went from a size 16 to a size 10, from 14 stone to 10 stone and this is how.
I simply woke up one morning and went jogging, at first I couldn’t even jog for 20 minutes without stopping but I made sure I jogged every morning for at least 10 minutes and then I improved with each morning, I didn’t go to the gym, I simply just jogged and have been now for 8months and can now jog upto 8miles a day. I did 50 situps a day which again I improved on with time and that’s it.
Food wise I cut out all crap from biscuits, cakes, crisps, all junk and bought a diary, I wrote down all my calories so I knew how much I already had and how much I had left over, this helps you keep track of the calories after you decide how much you want to cut down to. I always had breakfast, its a must, skipping breakfast slows down your metabolism which you don’t want. Cereal (special k) was my breakfast, soup for lunch and jacket potato or pasta salad for dinner, (carbs are good for energy, not too much though) and fruit in between as a snack. This is jus an example of what I had whilst counting the calories to keep track and writing them in my diary.
After 2weeks of healthy food and hard core jogging I decided to have an odd naughty snack once a week as not only is it something to look forward to its also a good way to stop binging as if you cut out all sugar foods you will feel deprived and only go back to eating junk food so a naughty snack (a little one) once a week is okay as you kind of rewarding yourself.
Last but not least, the secret ingredient: Green tea or Peppermint tea all throughout the day, it stops you feeling hungry and speeds up your metabolism so you burn calories and lose weight quick. I lost a stone in under a month. Green tea is the best. My metabolism is so low so green tea has been and still is a miracle cure for me! Water is also great for the skin and great when your trying to lose weight. Not everyone likes water as it doesn’t really have any taste so to make it a bit more tasty I add lemons to it or drink flavored water, I try and drink at least 6-8 glasses a day. You will notice the difference and your skin will feel a lot healthier. Oh and before I forget, I try not to eat 4hours before I go to sleep so if I know I’m going to bed at 10 I will not eat after 6pm, if I do crave or feel a tad bit hungry then I will have a cup of green tea, a large glass of water or a little snack such as an apple.
Now that I am a lot more fitter I’ve now included zumba and yoga into my fitness regime and still jog, making the first step is all it takes.
