Monday again

Monday doesn’t have to be rubbish, it’s as good as you choose it to be, start your day off right and you’ll have a good day, it’s that simple.

How did I start mine?

Insanity Max 30

So for the past few weeks I’ve been doing “Beachbody on Demand’s 21 day fix” fitness programme which has given me amazing results in just 21 days, most of my videos on here have been taken from this & i loved it so much that I carried on with it after the 21days

However its time to move on seen as Beachbody on Demand has over 50 workouts so yesterday I started the brutal workout programme “Insanity Max 30” which I will be doing this month.

This one is my fav so far & I would recommend it to anyone that wants to get fit, strong & get fab results without the gym, & it’s only a 30 minute workout. Here are a few moves taken from it which I have added weights to. πŸ’ͺπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

Wall sit challenge

So who remembers when I posted my wall sit challenge a few months back? (Check old posts) I struggled to even get to 30 seconds doing this πŸ™„

Well you’ve seen it here first, 1 MINUTE! Boom. Not guna lie it still kills but I’m a whole lot stronger then I was when I first did this. I salute the guys that do this for 5, 10+ minutes but you started where I was & one day I’ll be were you areπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Compete with yourself for motivation & the best results, oh & most importantly don’t give up, slow progress is better then no progress!!!

(Also exercising in the heat is not the one!)
