Start a new habit, have a healthy breakfast each morning, it sets up your metabolism & your more likely to make healthy choices throughout the day.
My breakfast choice this morning is muesli, fresh fruit & yogurt 🍎🍓🥝🍇
This time last year there was no way in hell I would of ever had the courage to post pics of me makeup free after a workout or upload videos of me exercising, sweating & looking a mess……………………..
But now the new me is someone who no longer cares what people think, I do what I want, when I want & how I want & the minute I started doing this without the care for what people thought was when I became happier!
Compete with others become BITTER, compete with yourself become BETTER!
And that’s what I’m doing, competing with myself to get better, stronger, fitter, to improve my speed & time with my runs & the routines I find the hardest such as the wall sit.
I am now at 46 seconds from 16 & I want to get to at least 1 minute & I will 💪🎖💃
Strawberry flavoured shake (comes in other flavours) which I sometimes add kiwi, bananas & strawberries to. Full of minerals, vitamins, proteins, plants & botanical extracts. I love milkshakes but hate that they are so fattening & have loads of sugar in so it’s nice to finally try something that actually has so much good in & taste delicious 😍
I started on this last week after my morning workouts & its been keeping me going, giving me more energy & also stopping me from snacking throughout the day plus helping me with my weightloss goals💃 😊😍
Its HARD to wake up early every single morning & exercise before work.
But it’s also HARD to not feel confident with the way you look or feel in your own skin. So which one do you choose?
Its easier to wake up every morning & exercise for an hour then it is to wake up every morning looking in the mirror feeling unhappy or unfit, so continue to wake up, kick ass, go to work & repeat. This time next year you will thank yourself💪🏃♀️🏋️♀️💕

Some people have said that a real cheat day is where you indulge all day so breakfast lunch & dinner beacuse if your going to have a cheat day it should be just that (all day) with no exercise at all but I think there’s nothing worse then wasting a whole day eating junk when you’ve worked so hard already so I’m sticking to a cheat meal rather then a cheat day & at least with some exercise on the day its not so bad & you don’t feel as guilty 😋
When your trying to exercise but you’ve got old skool bangers playing in the background, but wait dancing is a form of exercise isn’t it lol 😂
