80 day obsession

I am now doing “Beachbody on Demands” workout programme “80 day obsession” a series of 30/60 minute fun high impact workouts. Sonas the title says it’s an 80 day programme, yep 80 days & I’m going to complete this until the very end ๐Ÿ˜‚

Out of all the workouts I’ve done through Beachbody on Demand this will be the longest one I have done & I have been putting this one off because this is a much more an intermediate/advancedce programme which I believe I am now ready for so…. I’m very excited to work my ass off, have fun & share my moves, routines & results with you. It’s not about being skinny, its all about being healthier, fitter, toned whilst looking good with & without clothes lol ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Wednesday workout

Early morning power workout. Star jumps, jogging on the spot, burpees, I was literally half zombie when I woke up this morning but it defo woke me up & I’m now ready to start my day. Only did this for 20 minutes, sometimes that’s all you need to make a difference.

The minute you start seeing that exercise is a fun activity and a talent that your gifted with that’s when you enjoy it more, you no longer see it as a chore or a punishment that you have to do because you’ve had something bad to eat.

I remember when I used to watch youtube videos of dancers, singers, artists etc and I wished I had a talent and someone once said to me you just need to hang in their, everyone’s gota talent and you just haven’t found yours yet. Despite that everyone can exercise I still believe that this is my talent, I love exercising, I love making up routines and filming videos on my blog and Instagram to share with the world and blogging out it, okay so I may not be a singer or dancer but I am a fitness fanatic and I’ve turned it into a hobby and hopefully using it to inspire others, so thats my talent and it’s something we have in all of us so there’s no reason for you to not go for it, not just with exercise to, anything you want you can have.

I started this journey properly 2 months ago, I have lost a stone and dropped a dreas size, I have had days where I thought I literally cba to wake up early and go for a run and I didn’t, days where I binged on crap because I am human, the next day I jumped back on it, I went for a run, did a workout, ate healthy and here I am, blogging, updating my journey through Instagram and I’m looking back and my before picture and now and I see the difference, it’s not what I expected at all, the amount of times I have given up after like day 3 and it’s now been over 2 months.

Point I am making is don’t look how far you have to go but instead how far you’ve come, pat yourself on the back, be proud of your achievements, carry on slaying and indulge if you want to because you deserve it.

Results so far

I must say my results so far from my fitness & weightloss journey is pretty shocking๐Ÿ˜ฎ looking back & seeing how unfit/unhealthy I was before๐Ÿ˜ž seeing how far I’m come, how much weight I’ve lost (around a stone ๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ’ƒ) & actually keeping it up, I’m so proud of me ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

Fear nothing

This time last year there was no way in hell I would of ever had the courage to post pics of me makeup free after a workout or upload videos of me exercising, sweating & looking a mess……………………..

But now the new me is someone who no longer cares what people think, I do what I want, when I want & how I want & the minute I started doing this without the care for what people thought was when I became happier!
