New month, same goals
So it’s a new month & for some of you eager beavers almost Christmas 😑 I will be indulging on that one day but until then I’m training hard because even though some people start the festive activities early with alcohol & food I shall still be continuing to towards my fitness goals.
This month I am giving the Nike training app a go, a fitness plan for the week designed for me, very excited to try this, love trying new things so I shall be sharing the workouts this week & hopefully getting to my goal size which I was a few years ago, 2 down from a size 16, 1 more to go, then it’s continuing to live a fit & healthy lifestyle whilst continuing to have my fun cheat days because it’s all about balance. I’ve come so far and one thing I am proud of the most is the fact that I haven’t quit, I lost count on how many times I quit and had to start over again, there’s nothing worse, it always feels worse starting over, I mean don’t get me wrong I’ve had off days but it’s always only ever been for 3 days max so I am proud, one more size to drop down to and then it’s just maintaining in. I’m so excited, working towards goals and seeing your progess so far is the best feeling ever.
So stay motivated and don’t let Christmas ruin your hard work, Christmas is the 25th of December so the time before that is still the time for you kick ass, why wait until the new year to start something new
