Another wall sit attempt

Compete with others become BITTER, compete with yourself become BETTER!

And that’s what I’m doing, competing with myself to get better, stronger, fitter, to improve my speed & time with my runs & the routines I find the hardest such as the wall sit.

I am now at 46 seconds from 16 & I want to get to at least 1 minute & I will πŸ’ͺπŸŽ–πŸ’ƒ

Wake up, kick ass, REPEAT!

Its HARD to wake up early every single morning & exercise before work.

But it’s also HARD to not feel confident with the way you look or feel in your own skin. So which one do you choose?

Its easier to wake up every morning & exercise for an hour then it is to wake up every morning looking in the mirror feeling unhappy or unfit, so continue to wake up, kick ass, go to work & repeat. This time next year you will thank yourselfπŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’•

Wall sit part 2

Yes over 30 seconds!!!! Record lol 😊

So the first time I did the wall sit literally a few days ago I managed 16 seconds and now I’m at 40. I am finding squatting helps alot with this to but my god does it kill.

But as they say no pain no gain, I will carry on pushing until the results are showing and my time gets better just as I do with my running.

Competing with yourself is the best type of motivation and I love adding new things into my routine. My next challenge once I have accomplished the wall sit will be the plank 😏

Morning run

Started Sunday morning off with a nice long run. Im doing this at least 4 times a week in the mornings for about 20-30 minutes. I am aiming to improve my speed and distance every time. Nothing is better than running. With this I will be doing 15 minutes ofΒ  stretching before hand and lunges and squats with weights after. 10 each x3 reps again looking to get betterΒ  and improve with time.Β IMG_20180408_084900_432.jpg
