Just one weight & loads of little moves, you can add pretty much anything to a workout 💪🏋️♀️
Attempted this move which looks easy but it involves using your upper body strength to get yourself back up & pick up weights which is optional. Such a great move to build muscle, tone your upper body, have better balance & burn calories. Hard at first but just like with any move, the more you do the more you get better at it.

When you haven’t got time to fit in exercise before of after work. Well you can do this which only takes 10 minutes a day.
* 5 moves in total
* 1 minute per move
* x2 reps = 10 minutes
What’s 10 minutes a day in the morning? Plus it makes you feel good about yourself & keeps you positive throughout the day.
Add 2 minutes or another rep & again it’s still under 20 minutes, with or without weights (before I had weights I used tins of beans, worked just the same) 💪🏋️♀️
Id say the benefits certainly outweigh not doing anything at all everyday for the rest of your life.
I am now doing “Beachbody on Demands” workout programme “80 day obsession” a series of 30/60 minute fun high impact workouts. Sonas the title says it’s an 80 day programme, yep 80 days & I’m going to complete this until the very end 😂
Out of all the workouts I’ve done through Beachbody on Demand this will be the longest one I have done & I have been putting this one off because this is a much more an intermediate/advancedce programme which I believe I am now ready for so…. I’m very excited to work my ass off, have fun & share my moves, routines & results with you. It’s not about being skinny, its all about being healthier, fitter, toned whilst looking good with & without clothes lol 💃

Back to basics on my suspence trainer.
Not really been using this too much in my workouts but it’s actually a really good equipment so I will be trying to get in into my workouts even if it’s just for 10 minutes a day.
Using my resistance bands which are a fab little item to add to your workouts.
It adds resistance to an exercise to strengthen your muscles & push you that little bit further because the more you stretch the band, the more intense the resistance gets making the exercise harder, not to mention it’s affordable, lightweight & easy to use.
I use this alot for stretching, lunges & squats & soon I shall be using it for push ups.
