Fat to fit

It’s amazing what a bit of exercise & healthy eating can do, especially when you stick if out longer then you have ever done before. It’s just a shame there is no such thing as spot reduction, trying to slim down my bingo wings are a pain in the ass πŸ˜‘ but it’s working slowly but surely.

Just like most people who have problem areas, it takes time, continue to wake up, slay, work your ass off & get the results you want.

Don’t aim for perfection because it doesn’t exist, aim for progression only.

Chase your dreams

Every morning you have two choices:

1. Continue to sleep & dream of what could be/where you want to br

2. Wake up, chase those dreams & turn them into reality

I started my journey this year by exercising, keeping fit, changing my eating habits, losing weight & becoming confident enough to share my experiences with the world on Instagram, my blog by uploading videos and pictures showing the real me. The old me was too scared about what people people think, too worried about being real, no makeup, bingo wings on show, rolls on my belly but that’s all changed, the minute I stopped caring about what people thought, started doing what I loved that’s when I became happier.

I wake up every morning kicking ass, working out or going for a run & I have not gone back to my old depressed miserable self since. I even still indulge in what ever I want because I don’t deprive myself, I allow myself treats & I still lose weight & stay in shape because I am eating well & not binging from depriving or starving myself.

If I can achieve all this in just a matter of a few months then anyone can.

Wake up, kick ass, REPEAT!

Its HARD to wake up early every single morning & exercise before work.

But it’s also HARD to not feel confident with the way you look or feel in your own skin. So which one do you choose?

Its easier to wake up every morning & exercise for an hour then it is to wake up every morning looking in the mirror feeling unhappy or unfit, so continue to wake up, kick ass, go to work & repeat. This time next year you will thank yourselfπŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’•

Saturday run

I was so excited when my alarm went off for my run this morning like the saddo that I am but what can I say l love running. If you’ve never been before please try, there is no better feeling then the motivational music in your ears, beautiful surroundings & going where ever you want, it’s therapeutic & you feel so free!

So I didnt do my best run this morning, just 3 miles in 40 minutes (I no I can do better) but it’s been such a long week so I think it’s had a major effect but any run is better then no run I guess so its still something πŸ‘ŸπŸƒπŸ’ͺ🎧🌳

Fitness Coach at the ready

So as some of you may know I am a newly fitness buff & from this point forward, I am making it a larger part of my life! I’ll be turning to social media as my source of accountability & if I can inspire/help others along the way even better!

WHY? Honestly, that would just be a lengthy read so I’ll just leave it at this: I know what it’s like to be unhappy with my body, my mindset & energy levels at an all time low & I would much rather be happy, healthy & fit guiding others whilst holding myself accountable through a community of supportive people.

I have a new found love & passion for fitness & I’ve been looking for ways to make it a bigger part of my life & I’m so excited to let everybody know that I’ve found it! I’ve joined a community of online health & fitness coaches & plan to continue to document my journey & share REAL value through social media.

My hope is that some of you will think of me if you have health & fitness goals & maybe I can even inspire others through my day to day posts!

Don’t give up

When you have those days where you think “can I really be bothered” or “I literally cba anymore”…..

But then you try on some clothes & you notice that they are more loose, you go up a flight of stairs & notice that you are not as tired or out of breath as you would normally be & even better when someone asks that question

“Have you lost weight”

All those little things are the best feeling when your on a weightloss & fitness journey & that is why you have to ignore the devil on your shoulder, push through the pain, carry on & remember why you started in the first place!
