Quick morning workout

So being that I’m going to be super busy over the next few weeks in a second job it’s means less time being able to exercise in the mornings 😔 & I ain’t about working out at the end of the day so…………….

I have created myself a little workout programme which I’ll be following in the mornings, it shouldn’t take more then 20 minutes. I normally spend at least an hour working out but seen as I won’t have the time this will still enable me to keep fit & burn calories so I don’t get to miss out! 😏💪

Plank

So when I first uploaded my plank video in July I managed only 20 seconds, I’m not gunna lie I haven’t been doing it as much as when I was doing the wall sit challenge however despite this I’m very surprised that I managed 30 seconds.

Sometimes just adding fitness to your life helps overall by building your strength even when you’ve not been concentrating on a

particular area!

Wall sit with weights

Doing a wall sit whilst doing weights, lethal, by the last round I was dead, I couldn’t get down any lower 😂

Using my resistance bands which are a fab little item to add to your workouts.

It adds resistance to an exercise to strengthen your muscles & push you that little bit further because the more you stretch the band, the more intense the resistance gets making the exercise harder, not to mention it’s affordable, lightweight & easy to use.

I use this alot for stretching, lunges & squats & soon I shall be using it for push ups.

Morning motivation

Music is my motivation when exercising, it keeps me going.

Squat jumps, lunges/knee raises &, leg kicks x3 after a morning run to work & tone those legs. Make up your own routine & add some workout music!

So todays guna be the hottest day of the year, jeeze, so glad I do home work outs, fan on windows open, music blasting.

This got me going before mixing up some other moves in there, make up your own moves & put on some motivational music & get going! 🏋️‍♀️

Arms workout

Arms day, slowly buy surely my bingo wings are going down 🏋️‍♀️

I don’t measure them, I do the shirt test, so a shirt that I bought a few months ago that I couldn’t even get my arm through is slowly getting bigger & bigger by the week 😏

Patience & perseverance is the key.
