Upper body strength

Attempted this move which looks easy but it involves using your upper body strength to get yourself back up & pick up weights which is optional. Such a great move to build muscle, tone your upper body, have better balance & burn calories. Hard at first but just like with any move, the more you do the more you get better at it.

80 day obsession

I am now doing “Beachbody on Demands” workout programme “80 day obsession” a series of 30/60 minute fun high impact workouts. Sonas the title says it’s an 80 day programme, yep 80 days & I’m going to complete this until the very end 😂

Out of all the workouts I’ve done through Beachbody on Demand this will be the longest one I have done & I have been putting this one off because this is a much more an intermediate/advancedce programme which I believe I am now ready for so…. I’m very excited to work my ass off, have fun & share my moves, routines & results with you. It’s not about being skinny, its all about being healthier, fitter, toned whilst looking good with & without clothes lol 💃

Wednesday workout

Early morning power workout. Star jumps, jogging on the spot, burpees, I was literally half zombie when I woke up this morning but it defo woke me up & I’m now ready to start my day. Only did this for 20 minutes, sometimes that’s all you need to make a difference.

Quick morning workout

So being that I’m going to be super busy over the next few weeks in a second job it’s means less time being able to exercise in the mornings 😔 & I ain’t about working out at the end of the day so…………….

I have created myself a little workout programme which I’ll be following in the mornings, it shouldn’t take more then 20 minutes. I normally spend at least an hour working out but seen as I won’t have the time this will still enable me to keep fit & burn calories so I don’t get to miss out! 😏💪

So when I first uploaded my plank video in July I managed only 20 seconds, I’m not gunna lie I haven’t been doing it as much as when I was doing the wall sit challenge however despite this I’m very surprised that I managed 30 seconds.

Sometimes just adding fitness to your life helps overall by building your strength even when you’ve not been concentrating on a

The minute you start seeing that exercise is a fun activity and a talent that your gifted with that’s when you enjoy it more, you no longer see it as a chore or a punishment that you have to do because you’ve had something bad to eat.

I remember when I used to watch youtube videos of dancers, singers, artists etc and I wished I had a talent and someone once said to me you just need to hang in their, everyone’s gota talent and you just haven’t found yours yet. Despite that everyone can exercise I still believe that this is my talent, I love exercising, I love making up routines and filming videos on my blog and Instagram to share with the world and blogging out it, okay so I may not be a singer or dancer but I am a fitness fanatic and I’ve turned it into a hobby and hopefully using it to inspire others, so thats my talent and it’s something we have in all of us so there’s no reason for you to not go for it, not just with exercise to, anything you want you can have.
