Suspension trainer

Back to basics on my suspence trainer.

Not really been using this too much in my workouts but it’s actually a really good equipment so I will be trying to get in into my workouts even if it’s just for 10 minutes a day.

So when I first uploaded my plank video in July I managed only 20 seconds, I’m not gunna lie I haven’t been doing it as much as when I was doing the wall sit challenge however despite this I’m very surprised that I managed 30 seconds.

Sometimes just adding fitness to your life helps overall by building your strength even when you’ve not been concentrating on a

particular area!

Wall sit with weights

Doing a wall sit whilst doing weights, lethal, by the last round I was dead, I couldn’t get down any lower 😂

I’m guna feel this tomorrow.

Punching fit

So I think I need to invest in some boxing gloves & a punch bag to get all my tension & frustration out & to work my arms obviously.

In the meantime I’ll just punch with my fists & use my weights to strengthen my arms, bingo wings hurry up & be gone!!!

Sit ups

So I’ve never been a fan of situps, in fact out of all the exercises I do it’s my least favourite, that & press ups 😫

This machine is my God send, so straight forward, easier & works the stomach just the same 😏

Sometimes I do situps the harder way with my hands behind my head pushing myself to the point my stomach hurts then other times I just use this, I call it my cheat machine 😋

If defo helps when you’ve never done sit ups before & just starting out or your having a lazy day but still want to exercise with ease, this is me today, yh it’s only Tuesday but I think the morning run took it out of me 🙄

Anyway i initally started with 30 a day now at 50 with & without this little tool, but I love it because it give a you that extra push 💪

Sometimes after a run I’m either pumped up & wanting to do more or I’m the complete opposite & dead to the world.

If I am ever like that then I will try at least 10 minutes of something because it’s better than nothing & today it was back leg stretches with my strength slides & back leg kicks x3
