80 day obsession

I am now doing “Beachbody on Demands” workout programme “80 day obsession” a series of 30/60 minute fun high impact workouts. Sonas the title says it’s an 80 day programme, yep 80 days & I’m going to complete this until the very end πŸ˜‚

Out of all the workouts I’ve done through Beachbody on Demand this will be the longest one I have done & I have been putting this one off because this is a much more an intermediate/advancedce programme which I believe I am now ready for so…. I’m very excited to work my ass off, have fun & share my moves, routines & results with you. It’s not about being skinny, its all about being healthier, fitter, toned whilst looking good with & without clothes lol πŸ’ƒ
