A few moves

Happy Friday, its been another long week, with the seasons changing & the days feeling shorter due to the dark mornings & evenings its hard to keep motivated. I think thats why many people slip during winter but not going to let that happen.

Any workout is better then non completely. On that note heres a few moves involving squats, stretching & working the arms, with one of my weights 💪🏋️‍♀️
