Create your own rules when exercising, as long as your moving your burning calories! Also remember to enjoy it, hence why I try & always make it fun because following rules are boring unless there your own 😋


So with this workout I used my sliders for a fun, energetic & fast paced routine, I was sweating buckets after just doing this 3 times after a run, yep I ran (running in this heat almost killed me but I did it) 😓💪
