Sit ups

So I’ve never been a fan of situps, in fact out of all the exercises I do it’s my least favourite, that & press ups 😫

This machine is my God send, so straight forward, easier & works the stomach just the same 😏

Sometimes I do situps the harder way with my hands behind my head pushing myself to the point my stomach hurts then other times I just use this, I call it my cheat machine πŸ˜‹

If defo helps when you’ve never done sit ups before & just starting out or your having a lazy day but still want to exercise with ease, this is me today, yh it’s only Tuesday but I think the morning run took it out of me πŸ™„

Anyway i initally started with 30 a day now at 50 with & without this little tool, but I love it because it give a you that extra push πŸ’ͺ
