Wall sit challenge

So who remembers when I posted my wall sit challenge a few months back? (Check old posts) I struggled to even get to 30 seconds doing this πŸ™„

Well you’ve seen it here first, 1 MINUTE! Boom. Not guna lie it still kills but I’m a whole lot stronger then I was when I first did this. I salute the guys that do this for 5, 10+ minutes but you started where I was & one day I’ll be were you areπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Compete with yourself for motivation & the best results, oh & most importantly don’t give up, slow progress is better then no progress!!!

(Also exercising in the heat is not the one!)

Quick morning workout

Morning workout when not jogging or doing my online fitness programmes.

It’s a great morning workout which still works the body am& burns calories

I sometimes do 3 reps of this & literally takes 10/15 minutes, perfect if you haven’t got the time to go to the gym or workout, 15 minutes a day can make a big difference.

Punching fit

So I think I need to invest in some boxing gloves & a punch bag to get all my tension & frustration out & to work my arms obviously.

In the meantime I’ll just punch with my fists & use my weights to strengthen my arms, bingo wings hurry up & be gone!!!
