Reasons to run

Running is by far my favourite exercise in the world πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
Here are 10 reasons to take it up if you don’t already do it although there are literally over a hundred benefits of running that are not listed here.

I think the scary part for most people with taking up running is the fear of looking stupid or not being able to run that far.

Firstly for me I realised that no one pays attention to runners, if anything it’s an achievement in itself to even step outside & attempt it & secondly just like a baby, you have to take baby steps first & just with anything new, you learn, improve & get better with time.
