I started this journey properly 2 months ago, I have lost a stone and dropped a dreas size, I have had days where I thought I literally cba to wake up early and go for a run and I didn’t, days where I binged on crap because I am human, the next day I jumped back on it, I went for a run, did a workout, ate healthy and here I am, blogging, updating my journey through Instagram and I’m looking back and my before picture and now and I see the difference, it’s not what I expected at all, the amount of times I have given up after like day 3 and it’s now been over 2 months.
Point I am making is don’t look how far you have to go but instead how far you’ve come, pat yourself on the back, be proud of your achievements, carry on slaying and indulge if you want to because you deserve it.
