When you have those days where you think “can I really be bothered” or “I literally cba anymore”…..
But then you try on some clothes & you notice that they are more loose, you go up a flight of stairs & notice that you are not as tired or out of breath as you would normally be & even better when someone asks that question
“Have you lost weight”
All those little things are the best feeling when your on a weightloss & fitness journey & that is why you have to ignore the devil on your shoulder, push through the pain, carry on & remember why you started in the first place!
