So the first time I did the wall sit literally a few days ago I managed 16 seconds and now I’m at 40. I am finding squatting helps alot with this to but my god does it kill.
But as they say no pain no gain, I will carry on pushing until the results are showing and my time gets better just as I do with my running.
Competing with yourself is the best type of motivation and I love adding new things into my routine. My next challenge once I have accomplished the wall sit will be the plank 😏
