No gym, no problem.

1 thing about me is I refuse to join a gym, I’ve always believed that you can lose weight & stay in shape without the need of a gym. So as well as my morning runs I enjoy home workouts such as YouTube videos and dvds. However with all the fad unrealistic celebrity dvds out there I now refuse to buy into them (& Ive literally done them all) but the 1 in this pic is an exception, (Davina McCall) as its realistic, easy to follow and actually gives great results, by far one of my favs as well as Insanity which is just on another scale.
