Morning run

Started Sunday morning off with a nice long run. Im doing this at least 4 times a week in the mornings for about 20-30 minutes. I am aiming to improve my speed and distance every time. Nothing is better than running. With this I will be doing 15 minutes of  stretching before hand and lunges and squats with weights after. 10 each x3 reps again looking to get better  and improve with time. IMG_20180408_084900_432.jpg
