Sometimes running sucks, your tired, it’s early, its cold or raining, but then you lace up & remember why you run: It’s making you stronger, fitter & happier, it’s therapy you don’t have to pay for & the pain of stopping & starting again will be a whole lot worse. No excuses & no giving up!
