New Year, New You
So after Christmas I ate way to much and didn’t get much exercise done, what with the terrible weather but its a new year and its time to get back on track, exercise, healthy eating etc etc, everyone knows how great food taste at Christmas time, roast dinners, puddings, sweets and chocolates and even though it is a special day that only comes by once a year you cant help but feel guilty. As the new year begins its that time to leave old habits behind and get back to that hard work. I will be buying a brand spanking new 2 in 1 exercise bike and cross trainer and I will be continuing with my daily jogs, why go gym when I can do the work for free, check out the rest of my blog on all tips, ideas, and cheap, easy and simple ways to lose weight and stay in shape, it worked for me and it defo will work again in the new year.
