After successfully losing the weight and becoming fit enough to jog up to 8miles+ everyday I am now facing my first ever biggest challenge, the Birmingham half marathon, 13miles, very nervous but excited and I hope its going to be a big turn out as not only is it for a great cause but also because its fun and a great way to keep fit (baring in mind training and preparation is done before hand) I’m also doing charity races across Birmingham to raise money for various charities, jogging started off as a hobby of mine but is now a big passion and a big part of my life now and this is why I am taking part in so many races because I never had the confidence or determination before and now I do. You can do anything you can put your mind to πŸ˜€
